The CEO will be responsible for the delivery of the sport development priorities of Netball Fiji including the execution of its Strategic Plan and the planning and delivery of the Official Development Assistance Program Work Plan.  The CEO will report to the Executives of Netball Fiji and will prepare regular progress reports on the Work Plan implementation.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills required

• Fiji resident
• A Degree in Business Management.
• 5+ years Senior Management experience with financial, and commercial background
• Understanding of Sports Administration and Development
• Extensive knowledge of reporting, budgeting, grant and funding application writing
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects
• The ability to work and communicate with a range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance and demonstrated ability to work effectively with an Executive Board.
• The ability to work independently.

This is a full-time role based at the NETBALL FIJI Office in Suva. Some local and international travel is required in this role.
