Barbados Netball Association is recruiting a Technical Coaching Director to define, create and deliver a technical development plan which includes coach education as well preparation for national junior and senior teams.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong communication skills,  and at least five years’ experience in coaching and development at the national or international level.
