Netball Fiji is seeking expressions of interest from individuals to be coach of the national 21& Under team, and manager for the National 21 & Under team.

The coach will be an experienced, accredited and passionate high performance professional.

A suitable candidate will have:

1. Demonstrated experience working with elite athletes and coaches, including devising and implementing successful programs,
2. Knowledge and understanding of the high performance requirements for athletes to aspire to and succeed at the highest international level.
3. Coached age-grade athletes
4. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and report writing skills;
5. Good inter-personal skills
6. Good time management and organizational skills;
7. The ability to work under minimum supervision.

Expressions of Interest must be written and outline the following:

– Levels of netball coaching accreditation;

– Number of years coaching in a high performance environment

– Number of years coaching age-grade athletes – 17U and above

– Sports specific professional development programmes undertaken

– General professional development courses undertaken

Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will commensurate the successful Candidate’s qualifications.
