Keep your head in the game during the off-season to make hitting your stride next season that much easier!

The netball season has come to an end and there are plenty of summer sports to give a go.

In 2024 we decided to channel interested netballers age Year 9+ into our College Comp to enjoy extending themselves through game play.

For Year 7&8 still motivated to improve your skills, we offer our off-season programme where you can mix some skill-specific activity with a little game play. In the process we'll also fine tune confident technique and strengthen our bodies with the aim for long-term injury prevention.

Six weekly sessions on Mondays1 hour - 4.30pm to 5.30pm
Starts 21 October, ends 2 December (no session Labour Day - 28 Oct)
$90 per person

Held at the Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington.
Led by Netball Wellington Centre development staff
All genders and abilities/disabilities and experience welcome.
