Targets college netballers with sights set on top team selection (Senior A or B, Junior A or B and Reps).
Content:
- conditioning your body for netball-specific activity
- fine-tuning dynamic ball & movement skills
- building strength
- learning more about hauora/wellbeing by taking care of yourself as a performing athlete eg, injury prevention, how to fuel your body, what a balanced training schedule looks like
- increasing confidence
Venue: Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington

Year 9-13:
Tuesdays
5-week duration
4.30pm to 6.00pm weekly
Starts 10 February, ends 10 March
Cost: $120

NWC Development Staff joined by guest specialists.
Coach development opportunity
Sessions open to coaches & parents at no cost to learn alongside players in the hopes of reinforcing messages in your own team or home environment.
