Netball Wellington Centre invites coaches interested in leading one of our 2026 representative teams.

Positions within our representative team management are a pathway opportunity for coaches and managers wishing to add to their CV, further their careers and also give back to the netball community at Centre level.

Embrace this exciting chance to work alongside other experienced individuals while learning from each other. All roles are volunteer-based. Travel and accommodation will be covered for each team management to attend away fixtures and tournaments.

We currently seek Lead Coach applicants for the following four teams:

U18 1st Team (Black)
U18 2nd Team (Gold)
U16 1st Team (Black)
U16 2nd Team (Gold)

Open Grade Team Lead Coach retained for 2 year term.

Additional possible commitments:

Team fundraising ventures to be confirmed during 2026

Familiarise yourself with our NWC Representative Team Selection Procedure
Feel free to view our Representative Players Teams and Management Selection Policy
Consent to police check for successful candidates or proof of one completed in past 12 months
Attend an interview for this position if required
Make yourself available to attend meeting/s prior to and after trials
If appointed Selector, attend all trials to confirm player selection
Respond to requests from Netball Wellington Centre in a timely manner
Be open to attending a debrief at the end of the season
