Get your head in the game before you kick-off your netball season so you can tap into your full potential in preparation for trial time!

We'll work on setting an aerobic base (working at an intensity that gets the heart rate up), some court agility (getting those fast feet moving), core and strength work (building on your stability and body balance) and most of all improving your play so you can enjoy your game.  This may be the boost you need ahead of attending school or rep trials and help you to give your best out there on court to really give your season a good kick-start! 

Venue: Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington

Year 7&8: Mondays
6 week duration
Sessions held from 4.30pm to 5.30pm weekly
$90 per participant
2024 dates: starts 12 February, ends 25 March (no session 18 March)

Year 9-13: Tuesdays
6 week duration
Sessions held between 4.30pm to 6.00pm weekly
We offer 1.5 hour sessions per week for this particular age group to pack in even more beneficial learning.
$100 per participant
2024 dates: starts 13 February and ends 26 March (no session 19 March)
