Reporting to: Head Coach NSW Swifts
Employment: 12 month contract, 25-30 hrs per week, varies across seaon

An exciting opportunity for delivering a broad scope of performance analysis services to the NSW Swifts elite netball team.

The Performance Analyst will work closely with the Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Management team to provide a world leading program.

The Performance Analyst will be an expert in the field of performance analysis with a proven track record of interacting with elite coaches, players and sports science and medical staff to enhance the coaching process. They will have a clear understanding of the requirements and expectations of an elite sporting environment and have the experience and knowledge to continually deliver under pressure.

Technically they will have a history of using video and data to impact on performance in netball or elite sport and alongside that have demonstrable experience in a variety of key areas including:

• Quantitative and qualitative tactical analysis
• Data analysis and visualisation
• Feedback and reporting methodologies in both statistical and video modalities
• Collection, integration and manipulation of large data sets
• Project delivery (internal and external collaborations)
• Department / service evolution planning
• Experience of managing an analysis team
