  • Exceptional people skills
  • Ability, confidence and enthusiasm to promote sport
  • Proven track record in sports leadership and mgmt.
  • Adept at developing relationships with strong administration skills
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail, with an ability to manage multiple activities and work to pressured timelines
  • Have sound staff mgmt, computer literacy and financial skills

You will be responsible for: 

  • Developing and delivering a quality sports programme with particular focus on Years 1 – 8
  • Building strong relationships within the College and with sports organisations outside of the College
  • Safe delivery and effective administration of the programme
