The New Zealand Olympic Committee represents the Olympic Movement in New Zealand. We hold the unique mandate to select and send teams to Olympic Games and to promote the Olympic brand and values, a role that has been held for more than 100 years.

We are also responsible for the delivery of the Commonwealth Games.

HEALTH TEAM LEADER

The NZOC is seeking a motivated, skilled, and experienced individual to fill the Health Team Leader (HTL) role for the New Zealand team at the Winter Olympic Games in Milano-Cortina 2026.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of New Zealand team members during the Games, which will take place in January and February 2026. The HTL is responsible for leading the Health Team in both the preparation for and during Games time, as well as being central to the delivery of medical support.  The successful candidate will have substantial experience in the delivery of healthcare to elite athletes and team members at pinnacle sporting events, as well as experience in leading healthcare teams.
