To attend our U14 Player Development Programme you must be:

•  at college (not Year 8), and
• 13 years of age or younger on 1 January 2025

We encourage all genders to attend - non-binary & boys too of course!
We welcome all abilities - whether you've played before or want to give netball a go first-time!
If you meet the above age requirement, put your name forward for this fun and active opportunity to grow game knowledge and confidence on court & off.

The programme spans 6 Sundays including four development sessions plus up to three gameplay opportunities.Sessions are led by a range of experienced coaches keen to share their knowledge and guide players on their development journey.

To get the most out of this experience, attendees are encouraged to attend the entire programme.

DATES

• Sun 3 Aug 10am-12pm - development session #1 at Hataitai Netball Courts
• Sun 10 Aug 10am-12pm - development session #2 + Centre Game Day at Hataitai Netball Courts
• Sun 17 Aug 10am-12pm - development session #3 at Hataitai Netball Courts
• No session 24 Aug
• Sun 31 Aug 9am-2.30pm approx- Wellington Region U14 Festival Day #1 at Taita Netball Courts
• Sun 7 Sep 10am-12pm - development session #4 at Hataitai Netball Courts 
• Sun 14 Sep 9am-2.30pm approx - Wellington Region U14 Festival Day #2 at Hataitai Netball Courts

$70 per participant
Fixed fee includes all 6 sessions - refund not available for session/s missed.
Transport costs to/from game days will be user pays.  Carpool may be arranged.

Additional Coach & Manager opportunity
This programme also provides a great chance for coaches and managers to work alongside each other and expand their skills and coaching knowledge in a supportive circle.  A beneficial experience also for student coaches or intermediate coaches keen to develop their own skills or pick up new activities and ideas while shadowing experienced coaches happy to offer guidance. If interested in getting involved please email admin@netballwellington.co.nz.
