U14 Player Development Programme

  • All-inclusive approach means no limits. Room for upwards of 70 players, at least 8 coaches plus managers and umpires to take part.
  • Removes pressure associated with trials. Anyone can sign-up - no one misses out!

  • All genders, dis/abilities and experience welcome.

Programme includes

  • 6-weeks of development sessions
  • Three opportunities for game play.
  • Attend all 6 dates to gain maximum benefit.

Format

  • First week: skillwork and tactics in preparation for Centre Game Day. Players placed randomly across even teams.
  • After Centre Game Day: players potentially graded into tiered age group teams to ensure maximum participation, enjoyment and engagement then complete at a Festival game day.
  • After Festival Game Day #1: players complete one more skill session working in their designated team in preparation for a final Festival Game Day #2.

Coach, Manager & Umpire opportunity

  • A great chance to work alongside each other to expand skillsets and knowledge in a supportive circle.
