Term 4 Off-Season Netball Development

Keeping your head in the game during the off-season makes it easier to hit next season in full stride!

The netball season has come to an end and there are plenty of summer sports to give a go.

​​​​​​​For players still motivated to improve your skills, we offer our off-season programme where you can mix some skill-specific activity with a little game play. In the process we'll also fine tune confident technique and strengthen our bodies with the aim for long-term injury prevention.

Year 7&8
Six weekly sessions on Mondays
1 hour - 4.30pm to 5.30pm

Ends 24 November 2025

1.5 hours - 4.30pm to 6pm

Held at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, 72 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington.
Led by Netball Wellington Centre development staff & special guests (as available).
All genders, abilities/disabilities and experience welcome.

Registrations open early October.

This programme can prove popular therefore we recommend getting in early to secure your space.
Registrations close when spaces are full.  A waiting list may be established as necessary.

We also recommend our Intermediate Comp and College Comp to enjoy extending yourself through game play with friends.
