
As a government entity, Sport New Zealand Ihi Aotearoa is proud to be the guardian of our country's play, active recreation and sporting system, from grassroots to elite sport. We do this through partnerships with national sport and recreation organisations, regional sports trusts, central government bodies, councils and other key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager, the Women and Girls Lead will lead the delivery of Sport NZ's commitment to the Women and Girls in Sport and Active Recreation Strategy. This includes developing, implementing, overseeing, and supporting an Action Plan in response to this Strategy. The role will also be a key contributor to the broader aims of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team.
